Applicable law and venue

The laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, govern these Terms of Use and any dispute that may arise between you Tishman.  If you take legal action relating to these Terms of Use, you agree to file such action either in the New York County Supreme Court, or the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and in no other venue, and you consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

Notices to Tishman under this Agreement shall be sufficient only if in writing and transmitted via personal delivery or delivered by a major commercial overnight delivery courier service or by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, to: Tishman Construction Corporation Attention: General Counsel, 100 Park Avenue, 5th Floor, New York, New York 10017.
